Book an evaluation call

A free 30 minute call with an analyst. Tell us which AI tool you are looking at, and we will tell you what we know about those vendors, which rules apply, and whether a paid assessment is worth it.

Open the calendar (opens in a new tab)

Or fill in the form below. Both reach the same analyst.

  1. A 30 minute call with an analyst

Not a discovery questionnaire and not a pitch deck. We come having read what you sent, with a view on it.

  2. What we already know

The vendors in the category you are looking at, the rules that apply to it, and which of your use cases we would not touch yet, with the reasoning for each.

  3. A written proposal

Scope, sequence and a fixed fee, in writing. If the honest recommendation is to wait, or to use the free material instead, that is what the document says.

What to have ready

None of this is required. It just means the first twenty minutes go on your situation rather than on context gathering.

  • Which EHR you run, and roughly how much of your estate sits outside it.
  • The workflow that hurts most right now, in your own words.
  • Anything you have already trialled, including what went wrong with it.
  • Who has to approve a project like this, and what they will ask for.

Who you will be speaking to

A Clunic analyst, directly. There is no qualification call and no sales development rep in front of it. The person on the call is the person who would write the proposal.

  • No obligation, and no charge for the call
  • BAA available before any PHI discussion
  • We take no vendor commissions

Book an evaluation call

Tell us where you are and we will come to the call with a view, not a discovery questionnaire.

Please do not include patient information. This form is not a HIPAA-covered channel.

Or pick a time directly

We use your details to reply to this enquiry and nothing else. No list, no resale, and a BAA before any conversation that touches PHI.

Prefer email? [email protected] reaches the same people. Please keep patient information out of it, as email is not a HIPAA-covered channel.

Before you book

What happens after I book?

You get a reply from an analyst, not an automated sequence, with a time and a short note on what we plan to cover. Anything you put in the form is read before the call, which is what lets us arrive with a view rather than a list of questions.

Who should join the call?

Whoever owns the workflow and whoever will have to approve the spend, if you can get both. A clinical voice in the room changes the conversation for the better, because the first honest objection usually comes from the person who would have to use the thing. One person is fine for a first call.

Is there any cost?

No. The evaluation call is free and carries no obligation. Fees are only ever quoted in a written proposal after we know what the work involves, and you are free to take that proposal and run the project yourself.
