Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-08-05

This policy covers Clunic Advisory and the website at https://clunic.com. It describes what the site collects, why, who else sees it and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be survived, and it describes what the site actually does today.

What the enquiry form collects

The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, work email address and organisation, all of which are required, and optionally the type and size of your organisation, your role, the electronic health record you run, the area you want to talk about, your timeline and a free text message. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the time it arrived, so a consultant opens the enquiry already knowing what you were reading.

Please do not put protected health information or any patient identifiable detail into that form. It is a commercial contact form, not a clinical channel, and there is no file upload for the same reason. Where an engagement needs to discuss protected health information we sign a business associate agreement first and use a channel that is covered by it.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to scope the engagement you are asking about. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to a vendor whose product you might be evaluating, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything. If we later offer a mailing list, joining it will be a separate and explicit action.

Email and storage

A submitted enquiry is delivered by email to a Clunic consultant inbox and is retained there as ordinary business correspondence. It is kept while there is an active conversation and for as long afterwards as we need it for our own records, and it is deleted on request. Access is limited to the people at Clunic who work on enquiries.

Advertising and analytics

There is no advertising on this site, no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag and no cross-site tracking script. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, and there is nothing here to opt out of because there is nothing running.

Analytics are not yet decided. If we deploy an analytics product, this page will name it and say what it collects before it goes live, and the choice will be one that does not track visitors across other websites.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking. Where a cookie is ever needed for the site to work at all, it will be listed here.

Third parties

Two services process information when you choose to use them. Booking a call uses an external scheduling tool, and whatever you enter there is handled under that provider’s own privacy terms as well as ours. Enquiry emails are carried by an email delivery provider in the ordinary way that email is carried. The site is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will do it. There is no form to fill in and no account to close, because we do not create accounts. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them on the same request.

Children

This site is aimed at people working in healthcare organisations. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes, meaning anything that alters what we collect or who sees it, will be described here rather than folded quietly into the text.

Contact

Questions about this policy go to [email protected], and a person answers them.
