These terms govern your use of https://clunic.com, operated by Clunic Advisory. Using the site means you accept them. They cover the website and the free material on it. They do not govern a paid engagement, which has its own written agreement.

The content is informational

Everything published here is general information about deploying AI agents in healthcare settings. It is not legal advice, not medical or clinical advice, not compliance certification and not a substitute for your own counsel, your privacy officer or your clinical governance process. Rules differ by state, by payer and by organisation, and a page written for a general audience cannot account for your specific position.

Do not act on a page here as though it were advice about your organisation. Read it, then check it against your own circumstances with people who are accountable for them.

No client relationship until there is one

Reading this site, downloading something from it, using a calculator, emailing us or booking a call does not create a consulting or advisory relationship. A relationship begins only when both sides sign an engagement letter that sets out the scope, the deliverables and the fee. Until that document exists, nothing said in a call or an email is a commitment by either side.

Where an engagement letter exists and its terms differ from these, the engagement letter governs the work.

Accuracy and currency

We write from primary sources and re-check pages on a stated cadence, which is described in our editorial policy. Regulation changes anyway, and a page can be accurate on the date shown and out of date afterwards. The review date on a page is the date the page was last checked, not a guarantee that nothing has moved since.

Third party products and links

This site names and describes third party products. We take no commissions, referral fees or paid placements from any of them, and naming a product is not an endorsement of it for your organisation. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data.

Tools and calculators

The calculators on this site are models. They run on the assumptions printed beside them, and they produce an estimate rather than a forecast. Change the assumptions and the answer changes, which is the point of showing them. Decisions with financial consequences should rest on your own figures.

Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to Clunic Advisory unless it is credited to someone else. You may read it, print it and quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, or present it as your own work, or use it to train a model for commercial redistribution, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers, or submit anything through its forms that is unlawful, or that contains protected health information. The enquiry form is a commercial contact channel and nothing more.

Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clunic Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this site or of anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from a paid engagement is dealt with in that engagement letter, not here.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page moves when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
